This is the refund policy for Agent to Agent service subscriptions and payments.

General Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 7 days of subscription purchase for Pro plans.
Free plan users are not eligible for refunds as the service is provided at no cost.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method (Paddle) within 5-10 business days.
API usage during the refund period will be deducted from the refund amount based on actual consumption.
Subscription Refunds
Pro Plan: Full refund available within 7 days if usage is minimal (less than 10% of monthly quota).
Auto-renewal cancellations: Cancel anytime, but refunds only apply to current billing period within 7 days.
Partial month refunds are calculated based on remaining days and usage.
Refund Request Process
Contact customer support at ahngo13@naver.com with your account details and reason for refund.
Include your subscription information and approximate usage during the period.
We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with approval or additional questions.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through Paddle to your original payment method.
Refund Exceptions
No refunds after 7 days from subscription purchase date.
No refunds for services already consumed above 50% of monthly quota.
No refunds for API key management fees or third-party AI service costs.
No refunds for accounts suspended due to terms of service violations.
Promotional pricing and discount subscriptions may have different refund terms.
