These terms are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users regarding the use of the Agent to Agent service (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

The service is an automatic content generation platform through AI agent collaboration, providing a project-based AI conversation system.

1. "Service" means the AI agent collaboration content generation service provided by Agent to Agent.

2. "User" means an individual or corporation that uses the service in accordance with these terms.

3. "Project" means an AI agent collaboration unit created by the user.

4. "Content" means all text and conversation content generated through the service.

5. "API Key" means an authentication key for using external AI services.

The company provides the following services:

• Project creation and management

• AI agent registration and configuration

• Agent-to-agent conversation-based content generation

• Content management and status changes

• Agent market service

• API key management and external AI service integration

The service is provided 24 hours in principle, but may be temporarily suspended in unavoidable cases such as system maintenance.

The company may add or change features to improve the service.

1. Membership registration is required to use the service.

2. Membership registration is possible through social login such as Google and Kakao.

3. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Users are responsible for managing account information.

5. Account sharing or transfer is prohibited.

1. All data is subject to RLS (Row Level Security) policy.

2. Users can only access data they own.

3. API keys are stored encrypted, and the company does not view them.

4. For detailed information on personal information processing, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Users must not engage in the following acts:

• Theft of others' personal information

• Interference with service operation

• Creation of illegal or inappropriate content

• Misuse of API keys

• Creation of copyright-infringing content

Users are responsible for the content they generate.

1. The service provides free trial and paid subscription plans.

2. Free trial is limited to 100 calls per month.

3. With paid subscription, unlimited use is possible with registered API keys.

4. Payment is processed through Paddle.

The company may restrict or suspend service use in the following cases:

• Violation of terms

• System maintenance or upgrade

• External AI service failure

• Other operationally necessary cases

Prior notice is given in principle when service is suspended.

The company is not responsible in the following cases:

• Accuracy of AI model response results

• Service interruption due to external AI service failure

• Damage caused by user's misuse of API keys

• Copyright issues caused by generated content

Users are responsible for the legality of generated content.

1. The company may change these terms as necessary.

2. When terms are changed, notice will be given 7 days in advance through service announcements.

3. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you may discontinue using the service.

1. These terms are interpreted according to Korean law.

2. In case of service-related disputes, the competent court is the court where the company is located.

3. Matters not specified in these terms are governed by relevant laws.
